Mysterium Compass Staff Troop Number

When registering for the jamboree, you should sign up as a member of STAFF TROOP 5400. That is the sole troop number for the entire Mysterium Compass staff. The OA Service Corps and Indian Village are in Troop 5500, so don't be confused and use the wrong troop number.

An exciting new adventure
will launch at the next National Scout Jamboree. The Order of the Arrow will produce an 'augmented reality' game for all Scouts called THE MYSTERIUM COMPASS. It will be a live-action adventure combining elements of video gaming with theme-park style immersion, actors, and theatrical settings.

The Scouting Century Foundation, a non-profit charitable organization founded in 1989, will create and deploy a significant interactive exhibit at the 2010 Centennial Jamboree that chronicles Scouting’s history and traditions through the eyes of ordinary Scouts and Scouters who helped to make that history.

Completion of this application will place you into consideration for a staff position on the OA Shows team, specifically for the Mysterium Compass, an Order of the Arrow Adventure at the 2010 National Scout Jamboree. Currently, we are only recruiting to fill day positions only. This includes scouts and scouters who either live locally, can camp off-site with their own arrangements, and/or provide their own off-site lodging via hotel or otherwise. We have no space remaining on-site for additional staff.
